I recently made a payment on Wisey.app for a membership that was advertised as $9.99 per month. During the payment process, only the $9.99 monthly fee was shown. However, when I checked my card statement, I noticed that in addition to $9.99, an extra $17.99 was also charged without my knowledge or consent.
On my statement, the charge appears only as “Support Nicosia…,” and since the full description is not visible, I cannot even determine what this additional charge is for.
The platform mentions a 30-day refund policy, but I cannot find a clear way to use this right. I tried contacting support via email, but it seems that different courses use separate payment systems, and I am not even sure which department I reached. I do not want to deal with this confusion, and I clearly state that the $17.99 charge was made without my explicit approval, which I do not accept.
I request that Wisey.app fully refund all amounts charged to my card, including both $9.99 and $17.99, and immediately cancel all subscriptions and payments associated with my account. Additionally, I expect a clear explanation of how these extra unauthorized charges were made.
