Samsung Did Not Ship My S24 Headphones and Charger Even After One Month
Dear Samsung Customer Service, I am writing to express my frustration regarding an order I placed on April 12th through Samsung Shop. I purchased the Samsung S24, along with a pair of headphones and a charger. Initially, I was informed that the delivery date was set for April 21st, but due to stock issues, I was told the products would be delivered by May 5th. I accepted this new date. However, today is May 5th, and my order has not even been shipped yet. When I contacted your customer service team, I was told that a request had been created, but no further details or updates were provided. It has been nearly a month, and I still haven’t received my products or a clear explanation about the delay. I have never experienced such inconvenience before and am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and resolution. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this matter immediately and ensuring that my order is shipped without further delays. Additionally, please let me know where I can escalate this issue if it is not resolved promptly. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.
