Wisey Unauthorized Charge Without Second Approval

While attempting to make a payment for a personal development course through Wisey, $10 was automatically charged to my card even though the program does not appear on the App Store. I did not receive any password request, approval code, or additional verification message on my phone. The charge was completed without any second confirmation.

Despite making this payment, I cannot access the application, and there is no visible program available, yet the charge has already been processed on my card. I have not yet contacted the company or App Store support regarding this issue.

I request a full refund of the $10 charged to my card and demand that no further charges be made without my explicit knowledge and consent.
