Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3/ Single Bud Malfunction


I bought the Sennheiser Momentum TW3 earbuds from Amazon.com in July 2023, and to my dismay, the left earbud began to malfunction on its own not long after. The sound output became weak, critical features stopped working, and whistling-like noises began, all of which were extremely annoying. Sennheiser products have a tendency to malfunction or lose functionality after a short period of time, as I've discovered more than once (including right now). I've come to the conclusion that I will never use Sennheiser products again, and I will not recommend them to anyone in my immediate circle. It is disheartening when a brand with such a strong reputation disappoints its customers by offering low-quality, short-lived products.
