Sennheiser Momentum 3 Disconnects & Sound Cuts

I bought the Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 Bluetooth Earbuds from Vatan Bilgisayar's website on July 20, 2023, at 02:11:31. After some time of consistent use, I began encountering disruptions and sound interruptions when using them with my Samsung A71 device. Every time I try to enjoy some music or any other sound, I keep experiencing annoying interruptions. It's really frustrating when the connection isn't stable and the sound keeps cutting off. It gets worse, especially when I turn my head left or right. I've tested them with different phones, both with and without other connected devices, and the issue remains. I need help with this issue and would like to explore the option of getting a higher model as a replacement, if possible.
