I sent my Sennheiser Momentum True Wireless 3 headphones for warranty repair on March 27th, and it's been quite some time now without any resolution. I keep hearing that stock is highly anticipated. I have been without my headphones for over 40 days now, and I am in desperate need of a solution. Thanks a lot.

"Hello, after deciding to exchange the product I sent, they provided an exchange with the Sennheiser 4 model approximately 5 weeks later. The product was delivered by cargo on 29.07.2024, but I am not sure if the product sent is one that someone else returned, as it raised the suspicion of being second-hand. The product they sent was placed in an ordinary cardboard box with the headphones, cable, and spare silicone parts. It really upset me to experience this for a product I paid so much money for. Is there anything you can do about this?"
