I've always trusted Sennheiser for headphones, so I purchased the CX Plus True Wireless without any second thoughts. Unfortunately, this model seems to have a well-known connectivity issue, as I've now read in various forums. Despite this, Sennheiser has continued selling it. I bought my CX Plus True Wireless earbuds about nine months ago, and for the past month, they’ve been unable to connect to any device via Bluetooth, no matter what I try.

When I reached out to Sennheiser’s live support, they advised me to contact Amazon for the solution, despite the fact that I could send the product directly to Sennheiser. I’m extremely busy, and dealing with this for over a month has been frustrating. I expect Sennheiser to replace the product, as electronic issues like this shouldn't take so long to resolve. If this problem isn’t addressed promptly, I’ll report my experience to Sennheiser’s main office and write about it on platforms like Ekşi Sözlük. Please resolve this quickly; I need a functioning product!

It was said that my headphones would be replaced with a new one, but instead, a Sennheiser Accentum TV was sent without my knowledge. The headphones that arrived do not have features like touch control, which my malfunctioning headphones had.
