Sennheiser Warranty Did Not Replace My TW2 Headphones
In January, my Sennheiser TW2 headphones experienced a malfunction, so I had to send them in for repair. Bircom, the company, informed me that they were unable to repair the items and only offered a refund. However, I declined their offer because they asked for payment on an invoice from two years ago. After conversing with Sennheiser Global, a representative from Bircom unexpectedly reached out from a private number, stating, 'Alright, we can provide you with TW3, but it won't come with the box.' Of course, I declined this offer as well. Currently, my warranty has lapsed, and I'm eagerly anticipating a reply from the Consumer Arbitration Board.
