Ongoing Battery Issues with Seiko Kinetic SQ50 – Need Permanent Fix

I own a Seiko Kinetic SQ50 watch and have been facing persistent issues with its power reserve. In 2022, I sent it to Aydın Saat for a capacitor replacement. However, after putting the watch aside for just one month, I noticed it had stopped working. Despite my efforts to troubleshoot, the hands wouldn’t advance more than 20 seconds at a time. I returned it to Aydın Saat, and they claimed there was a mechanical blockage, asking for an additional payment of over ₺1000. After paying, they assured me the issue was resolved. But now, it behaves like a regular battery-powered watch, moving only every 20 seconds despite minimal use. I’m incredibly frustrated and need a definitive solution. Why is this issue persisting? Seiko, please address this problem urgently and ensure the watch functions as it should.
