Seiko Watch Strap Peeling and Service Disappointment

I purchased a Seiko watch just six months ago, and the leather strap started peeling. I sent it to the authorized Aydın Saat service center, hoping for a solution. However, they ignored the issue entirely and returned the watch with no repair. To make matters worse, the watch came back with visible impact damage that wasn’t there when I sent it.
This experience has left me feeling let down by Seiko's service, and I’m now planning to file complaints with the Consumer Court and CİMER. How can anyone trust a brand’s quality when service centers fail to stand behind their products? I urge Seiko to address this situation and uphold their reputation by providing reliable service.
