Seiko 5 Watch Warranty Service Demands Payment – Poor Communication and Support

I sent my Seiko 5 watch in for warranty service while it was still covered. However, they demanded a fee for the repair, which I initially couldn’t pay. When I managed to gather the funds, an employee named H**** G***** stopped answering my calls. After finally reaching him, he promised to send an IBAN for payment but then continued ignoring my calls, leaving me without any resolution.
For a respected brand like Seiko, this lack of communication and poor customer service is deeply disappointing. This experience has made me question Seiko’s commitment to customer care, and I’m asking for immediate attention to resolve this issue properly.
