Seiko Prospex SRPF03K Gains Time Weekly – Multiple Service Visits with No Resolution
On September 11, 2022, I purchased a Seiko Prospex SRPF03K, hoping for a reliable, low-maintenance watch. However, the time it has spent in service is nearly as long as the time I've been able to use it. The watch gains 1-2 minutes every week, which is unacceptable for a quality brand like Seiko. I've taken it in for service at least 4-5 times, each visit lasting around three weeks, yet the issue persists.
I bought this model to avoid the hassle of regular maintenance, yet it's been nothing but a source of frustration. How difficult is it for Seiko and the service center to acknowledge a defective product? I’m requesting immediate action to either fix or replace this faulty watch, as it clearly doesn’t meet the standards Seiko promises.
