Hugo Boss Watch Winding Crown Stopped Working After Minimal Use

I purchased a Hugo Boss watch for over ₺17,000, but the winding crown has completely stopped working after just two uses, each lasting no more than an hour. How can such an expensive product have such a major defect? This isn’t the first issue I’ve had with Hugo Boss watches—this is the third problem in four years.
