I made a deposit of Rs 39,999.57 to my 1xBet account on 20.05.2026, but the amount has still not been credited to my account. The payment was completed from my side, yet my 1xBet balance has not been updated and I cannot use these funds. I contacted 1xBet support by email regarding this issue and they created the ticket with reference number 17068318. Despite this, the problem has not been resolved. I also contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the amount has been successfully transferred to the beneficiary, so the money has already left my account and reached 1xBet. I request that my deposit of Rs 39,999.57 made on 20.05.2026 be immediately located and credited to my 1xBet account or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded to my bank account without any further delay.
