Seiko Chronograph Solar Hand Fell Out After Drop, Now Leaks Water

31

My Seiko Chronograph Solar watch fell once, and the hand came loose – an issue I find completely unacceptable for a high-end, reputable brand like Seiko. I sent it to service, and after a 50-day wait, it was returned. However, when I went swimming, I noticed condensation forming under the glass, indicating water leakage.

A watch of this caliber should not have issues like hands falling off after a minor drop or leaking water, especially given the premium price. This experience has severely impacted my perception of Seiko’s quality. I’m asking for a resolution that reflects the quality promised by the Seiko brand, as these issues are simply unacceptable for such a costly product.
