Segway Ninebot F2 Pro Battery Drains in 2 Hours Despite 8-Hour Charge
I have been using a Segway Ninebot F2 Pro scooter for about a month. The product was given to me as a gift, but from the very first day I have faced a serious battery issue. The scooter requires 8 hours to fully charge, yet the charge drains completely in just 2 hours of use.
What makes this worse is that when I compare it with lower-quality, cheaper scooter brands under the same riding conditions, those scooters last 5–6 hours, while this brand-new Segway, charged with its original adapter, barely lasts 2 hours. For such a well-known brand, this is unacceptable.
I typically use the scooter on flat and slightly inclined streets in Sport Mode. I charge it only with the original adapter included in the box, and there are no other differences in usage. I also have the official warranty certificate. Despite this, I have not yet contacted Segway customer service directly—I am submitting my complaint here in hopes of a proper resolution.
This issue has persisted for a month, and having such a problem with a new product has left me extremely disappointed. I no longer trust the reliability of this scooter’s battery.
I demand a full replacement of my Segway Ninebot F2 Pro with a new unit and assurance that the same problem will not occur again.
