Brand New Segway F2 Pro Shows Error Code 21

On November 9, 2025, my Segway Ninebot F2 Pro scooter suddenly stopped while I was riding it and displayed error code 21 on the screen. The day before, this happened while going downhill with 90% battery, and today it occurred again on a flat road with 50% battery. The malfunction happened under different battery levels and riding conditions, and it has repeated multiple times.

Since the warranty expired about two months ago, I have not yet contacted technical service or customer support. However, I find it unacceptable that such a serious issue is occurring so soon after the warranty period ended. I live in Etimesgut, Ankara and purchased the scooter from Vatan Bilgisayar. I have the invoice and serial number information.

Given that the warranty expired only recently, I expect the brand to provide free repair or the necessary technical support for this issue.
