I Face Battery Issue With My New Segway Ninebot E2 Plus Scooter


I recently purchased a Segway Ninebot E2 Plus scooter, only 3–4 days ago, and I am already experiencing a serious problem. Even with a full charge, the scooter only lasts about half an hour before the battery drains completely. Since the product is brand new, I expected it to perform much better and provide the advertised usage time.
This situation is causing me stress because I invested in a new scooter to use daily, but it cannot meet even basic commuting needs. I am not sure whether the issue will resolve itself over time or if it is a clear battery defect that requires service. I reached out to Segway for help because I don’t want to waste more time or risk the warranty being voided.
My request is for Segway to immediately review this problem under warranty. If the scooter is defective, I expect a prompt replacement or repair so I can actually use the product as intended. Since this problem started only days after purchase, I believe a quick and fair resolution is the least the company can provide.
