I Face Serious Battery Issue With My New Ninebot Max G2 Scooter

I recently purchased a brand-new Ninebot Max G2 scooter and immediately noticed a serious battery performance issue. While riding on a flat seaside road in drive mode, the scooter consumed 45% of its charge in just 9 kilometers. Based on this calculation, the total range is only about 20 kilometers. However, the official product specifications clearly state that the scooter should reach up to 50 kilometers in sport mode, which is far from my experience.
The scooter’s battery status appears normal when checked through the Segway app, yet the real-life usage shows a drastic problem with range. This makes me believe there is either a defect in the battery or a discrepancy between advertised performance and actual results.
As a customer, I feel disappointed and misled by the product specifications. I request that Segway provide immediate support by inspecting my scooter, verifying the battery performance, and offering either a repair, replacement, or refund. I expect a clear resolution, as this issue severely impacts the usability of the scooter I just purchased.
