Securitas Charges Membership Cancelation Fee

I've been deceived by Securitas company. When I opened my shop, I was misled by company officials, and the promises that the contract would last for 1 year were not kept. When my shop was in a difficult situation and I requested help, the company representative left me stranded by denying making such commitments. Despite being assured that I wouldn't have to pay any cancellation fees, they now claim I must pay both cancellation and removal fees, saying I can file a complaint with any authority over the phone. I want to express my dissatisfaction and the injustice I've faced by using this company's services.
