Pronet Misled Me on Contract Length and Fees Now Charging Huge Cancellation Penalty

Pronet has been a big disappointment. They made all sorts of promises and used every tactic to get us to sign the contract. But once it was signed, it became nearly impossible to reach anyone to address our concerns. We were told it was a 1-year contract, but after signing, we discovered it was actually for 3 years. They also said the monthly fee would be ₺750, but the bill shows ₺2. They assured us that we could cancel anytime without a penalty, but now that we want to cancel, we're facing a termination fee between ₺30,000 and ₺40,000. The initial setup fee was supposed to be ₺30,000, but they reduced it to ₺1,000 as a discount. However, if we cancel, they take back the discount, adding the ₺29,000 difference to the bill. It feels very misleading.
