Pronet Not Cancelling And Taking Money From Cards After Cancelling
I feel like I'm being intentionally misled and delayed after submitting a cancellation request to your company 10 days ago and still waiting for the process to be carried out. Every time I call for an update, I am told that someone from the appropriate department will be in touch with me, but this never happens. Instead, I get calls from them trying to keep me as a customer by offering me deals. I deeply regret the two years I spent with Pronet as my security provider and the two friends I steered toward you as a result of my satisfaction with your work. It is unacceptable that I have received a new invoice and had money taken out of my account even though my cancellation request has been pending for 10 days. I feel a lot of sadness and anger about this situation.
