On October 2, 2022, I ordered 1×5-pack of Sebamed Intimate Gel, which is 20 pieces, from an online store. All received products had an expired expiration date. The expiration date had passed in June 2022. I called Sebamed, informed them that we were sold expired products, and complained about the seller, but they showed no interest. They said, "Return the product, and we'll refund you." I also informed the store and the seller about the situation and requested an exchange for a product with a new expiration date. Since I couldn't reach an agreement with the seller, I turned to the consumer rights court. The judges found the seller guilty and decided to replace the product with an unexpired expiration date.
The seller did not comply with the consumer rights court decision and refunded the money. I went back to court and asked for a decision in my favor. Ultimately, since the court decision was not executed, I filed a lawsuit with the enforcement service. I also informed the store, stating that they allow sellers to conduct sales and sell expired and perishable goods, causing harm to me and others. Additionally, I complained to the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Trade. I found that other sellers are also selling products with the same batch number 90005005, learning this by communicating with them. Despite the warning, the store continues to sell this product. I complained about the sellers, Sebamed, and the store. My husband also called Sebamed and reported our complaint, stating that we have initiated legal proceedings due to the sale of goods subject to destruction. They said they started an investigation into the matter and promised to send 2 products to satisfy the customer. Why didn't you pay attention to my complaints earlier? I sent you so many documents. You started the investigation only after my husband's oral statement. It seems that women's words don't matter. Perhaps one needs to be a man. I filed a complaint with the relevant authorities, and they will decide your fate. I will never buy products from this company again, which does not respect women's words, violates laws, and sells expired goods.
