Court Order Ignored by Zara

I bought 16 things from Zara, which is a brand owned by Inditex, during their June 2023 sale. I received these items in two packages back in June. But, I only received one package with 7 items, and the other package with 9 items never arrived. They were considered lost during delivery. I tried talking to the company's live support chat multiple times, but I couldn't find a solution. They said they didn't have the missing items in stock and offered to give me a refund. So, I ended up going to the Consumer Rights Court about this. They made a decision on September 29, 2023 (I've attached it for you) and ruled in my favor as the consumer. They ordered that the items be fully delivered to me. Since I couldn't call the company directly, I used the live support chat to request the missing items. I mentioned the court order. Unfortunately, they replied with the same excuse that the items were not available, completely ignoring the court's ruling. It looks like Zara, which is famous worldwide, isn't making customer satisfaction a priority. They haven't even said sorry. Instead of admitting their mistakes, they decided to ignore a court order and said they were "out of stock." Zara has lost its credibility and needs to quickly address my valid complaint in order to satisfy their customers.
Progress
The Inditex brand responded to me not by acknowledging their mistake or apologizing, but rather by saying, as if to console the customer, "your shipment has been lost." They offered to give me a 10% discount, but as a conscious customer, I chose to complain again. The reason is evident from the attached photos: it seems like they are mocking us, as several months have passed and the products are now twice the price (try believing in Zara's customer satisfaction policy). I want all consumers reading this complaint to know that while Zara may advance in quality, they are far behind in operational service in Turkey. This is a public announcement to all conscious consumers!
I urge the Zara brand, which I invite to act as a conscious merchant, to resolve this issue with reasonable offers; otherwise, I will continue my proceedings through the Consumer Rights court. Thank you...
