I am reporting a case of blatant exploitation and unfair practice by the SuperLive application in India. On February 23, 2026, I created a new account with the username Anjli,567, and user ID 82548575, and my device was banned immediately without even going live once. When I tried to contact support, the AI assistant named Lenny informed me that I cannot speak to a human representative unless I either spend money on the platform or earn 2000 diamonds. This is extortionate and illogical because it is impossible for a user to earn diamonds if they are not even allowed to go live. It makes me question whether this is truly a platform for creators or simply a system designed to pressure users into paying. You are blocking my access without any violation on the very first day and then demanding money just to allow me to raise a complaint, which feels like scam‑like behavior. I demand an immediate and thorough review of my account with ID 82548575, as well as a clear and public explanation for this forced “pay‑to‑talk” policy. I request that my access be restored without any charges, I will be forced to escalate this matter to consumer forums.
