I Faced Days of Delay in Product Pickup With No Action Taken

I purchased a television from Migros (Order No: 6290641**), which turned out to be faulty. The authorized service center confirmed this and issued a product replacement report. Migros then initiated the exchange process and assigned the pickup to Hepsijet. However, since June 21, 2025, my product (Tracking No: CPR11081838220**) has not been collected. I have contacted Hepsijet customer service multiple times, and each time I’ve been told “it will be picked up today” or “our courier is on the way,” but no action has been taken. It has been five days and counting. This ongoing delay puts my legal return/replacement rights at risk and causes serious inconvenience. Migros refers the issue back to Hepsijet, and Hepsijet provides no resolution. I demand immediate action and a clear explanation. I have already submitted complaints to CİMER (Presidency Communication Center) and the Ministry of Trade in Turkey regarding this matter.
