Yemeksepeti Wrong Product Sent Without Approval - No Refund Option

On October 23, 2025, at around 6:30 p.m., I placed an order through Yemeksepeti from Sembol Center for a sausage product (#c5th-fzz7). While creating the order, I specifically indicated that I did not want a substitute product and selected the exact brand I wanted. However, even though the item was out of stock, it was still shown as available on the system. Without contacting me in any way, they arbitrarily canceled the product and replaced it with another one. This change made without my approval is absolutely unacceptable. During this process, I tried to reach Yemeksepeti customer service but was unable to get through. I could only speak with the courier. Furthermore, since the order was marked as “dispatched immediately,” I am unable to request a product return or a refund. The total amount of the order was ₺826.54, and the payment was made online via credit card. I have experienced a similar issue before. To prevent such incidents from happening again and to resolve this matter, I am requesting a full refund. I expect this issue to be addressed and a response to be provided to me.
