Vivense Ignores My Rights as a Consumer By Rejecting My Replacement Request

placed an order (Order Code: c08706647799) for specific products from Vivense Teknoloji Hizmetleri ve Ticaret A.S. on November 28, 2023. Some of the selected products were rendered defective during the installation by the brand's installation team. The brand's inspection team acknowledged that all installed products were defective. In accordance with Article 11 of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of the Consumer, I requested the replacement of the delivered and defectively installed products with identical ones. The brand delayed this request and kept me waiting. I am now experiencing distress and psychological issues due to this situation. I am seeking assistance regarding this matter.
