I am the owner of a 2012 BMW 525d, and I recently discovered a problem with the front windshield seal. The rubber seal around the windshield has cracked, started to deteriorate, and has become significantly faded. This is visually noticeable and creates the impression of a quality issue that could potentially lead to more serious problems over time.

Considering the age of the vehicle, I do not find it acceptable that this part has deformed, cracked, and broken down in this manner. The vehicle has not undergone any repairs, modifications, or external work affecting this area, yet I am facing this issue, which has shaken my trust in the BMW brand.

I would like BMW to treat this matter as a material or manufacturing defect and replace the front windshield seal free of charge through an authorized service center in Adana. I respectfully request that this issue be reviewed and resolved in a way that ensures customer satisfaction.
