Myiq.com and Astralhoroscope-Fr Keep Charging My Card Without Approval
I am writing to report that Myiq.com has been charging me automatically without my consent, and I want any service or subscription associated with my name or card to be cancelled immediately. On 22 January, I was charged 29.99, and on 17 February, I was again charged 29.99, both through my Banco Santander card. I do not remember having requested or accepted any service from Myiq.com for these amounts, and I have not used or knowingly activated any subscription. I only noticed the repeated charge when checking my account movements. In addition, I have detected other automatic charges from Astralhoroscope-Fr, also without my consent. On 23 January, I was charged 39.99, and on 21 February, I was again charged 39.99, likewise through my Banco Santander card. I do not recall having requested or authorised any service or subscription from Astralhoroscope-Fr either. I request the immediate and definitive cancellation of any subscription or service that may be active with both Myiq.com and Astralhoroscope-Fr, and that no further charges be made to my card. In addition, I ask for the full refund of all the amounts charged (two payments of 29.99 and two payments of 39.99), as they were made without my clear and informed consent.
