SeatGeek's No Refund Policy For Rescheduled Events Adds Extra Stress
SeatGeek's policy says tickets are usually good for the new date, and refunds are only for cancellations. That's a bit of a bummer in my situation though, since I can't make it on the new day. Told this to the support, but they basically said "tough luck" and suggested I resell the tickets on their marketplace. Don't get me wrong, reselling is an option, but it's not exactly a sure thing, adding extra stress to an already frustrating situation that could’ve been avoided… I would have really appreciated the option for a refund since the new date doesn't work for me. This policy kind of leaves us hanging with limited options, you should offer refunds to folks who can't make the new date as we didn’t agree on the one you offered.
