Groupon Tour Deal Doesn't Work For Me, Live Support is Vexing
Why these people don't offer live support is vexing! looks like they have agents, but none of them are helping to solve problems. When I recently booked a tour through one of their "super duper deals," instead, I was told that there were no spots available on the dates I wanted. It doesn't make sense to sell a tour with set dates if there aren't any seats left, does it? isn’t it so dishonest? I'm now trying to get my money back, but the company won't give it to me because there are other dates available. this is not at all what the point is. booked this tour as certain dates worked for me, giving me other dates doesn't help, without me enjoying the tour it’s just you taking MY MONEY!!! The whole deal is useless. I want a full refund. Thx.
