Yesterday evening, I looked up flights for my upcoming trip to Boston and successfully made a reservation. Unfortunately, I received notification within 24 hours that all seats had been filled and I would have to make a new reservation. Upon revisiting the website, I discovered that seats were still open on the identical flight, albeit at a higher cost of $39. I had no other option but to create a fresh reservation. But just a day later, I was informed that my reservation hadn't been received by the airline and I had to make a new booking. Now, I have to shell out an additional $90. I promptly canceled the reservation and requested a refund, only to discover that I will have to wait 7 business days for the refund to be processed. Their website could use some improvements to ensure a more consistent experience.
