No Way To Reach SeatGeek Customer Support For Ticket Handling!
Their stated availability is from 9 AM to 1 AM EST, but getting in touch with them has been an absolute pain. Whenever I attempt to contact SeatGeek via their website or app, only get automated responses or useless articles from their support centre. They seem to be trying to avoid interacting with customers at all costs, the search for real contact details is an ordeal in and of itself. Despite their warnings about using third-party contact information, I am unable to get through to them using the methods they suggest. Worst yet, I just found out Telecharge handled my order, not SeatGeek. So now I have to deal with the added stress of trying to figure out who sold me the tickets while also trying to get help.
