Unfair Refund and Rebooking Fees for Pegasus Flight QY9C2E – No Reasonable Solution Offered

I have a round-trip international ticket with Pegasus Airlines under reservation number QY9C2E, but I am unable to travel on these dates. When I contacted the airline for a refund, I was told that I would only receive a refund close to half of the ticket price. If I opted to keep the ticket open for future use, I would be charged an additional amount nearly equal to the original ticket price. As a customer, I expected a reasonable solution, but it feels like I'm being asked to donate my money to the airline instead. I am informing them 6 months in advance, and yet they have provided no viable options. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
