Scribd Charged My Card Without Authorization After Free Trial

After signing up for Scribd’s free trial, I canceled my subscription to avoid being charged. However, despite my cancellation, Scribd withdrew money from my card without my consent or knowledge. When I contacted them, I was assured that the amount would be refunded, but I still haven’t received it.

This situation is unacceptable, and I demand an immediate refund to my bank account. Scribd’s unauthorized charges and delayed refunds show a lack of responsibility toward their users.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will file complaints on every platform to ensure others are aware of this behavior. Scribd, please honor your promises and refund my money as soon as possible. Thank you.
