Scribd Charged Me After Trial and Refuses to Refund Despite Proof


After using Scribd’s free trial, I was charged without any prior notification. I contacted their support to request a refund, and they assured me my refund had been approved and would be processed within 3-5 days. However, weeks later, I was informed that no charge had been made, and they claimed they couldn’t issue a refund.
I provided my bank statements and proof of the transaction, clearly showing the payment to Scribd, but they still refuse to return my money. This lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable.
Scribd, I demand you refund my payment immediately and improve your processes for handling refunds and customer concerns. Customers should not have to fight for their money after being unfairly charged.
