Scribd Charged My Bank Account Without a Subscription

I was charged by Scribd even though I don’t have an active subscription with them. The payment was taken from my bank account without my knowledge or consent.

This is completely unacceptable, as I never authorized this charge. I demand that Scribd’s team address this issue immediately and refund the unauthorized amount as soon as possible.

Such actions are highly unprofessional and erode trust in the platform. I expect prompt communication from Scribd regarding this matter and assurance that unauthorized charges like this will not happen again. Please resolve this issue urgently.
