Scribd Charged My Account Without Subscription or Authorization

I recently discovered that Scribd deducted money from my bank account without my knowledge or authorization, even though I do not have a subscription to their service. I was unaware of the app and did not consent to any payment.

I demand an immediate response from Scribd to clarify why this unauthorized charge was made and to process a full refund of the amount deducted. It is unacceptable for funds to be withdrawn without prior notice or consent. I expect Scribd to address this issue promptly and ensure such unauthorized transactions do not happen again. Please resolve this matter and confirm the refund as soon as possible.
