Scribd Unauthorized Charge – Refund Requested Immediately

I recently discovered that Scribd charged $11.99 to my credit card without my consent. I never subscribed to their service, nor did I authorize this transaction. I demand an immediate cancellation of any unauthorized membership and a full refund of the amount deducted.

If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to initiate a chargeback through my bank. I have noticed that many other users have faced similar issues, which raises serious concerns about Scribd's billing practices. I expect a quick resolution and a refund to my card as soon as possible. Please address this issue immediately.
