Scribd Continues Charging My Card After Subscription Cancellation

I canceled my Scribd subscription, but despite this, the company continues to charge my card every month without my consent. I have tried to resolve the issue, but the unauthorized payments persist.

This is unacceptable, and I am demanding an immediate refund of all the charges made after the cancellation. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate the matter further. Scribd must stop these unauthorized withdrawals and respect customer rights. I urge the company to process my refund as soon as possible.
