On January 9, 2025, at 8:14 PM, a charge of $11.99 (₺11.99) was withdrawn from my account by a company listed as WWW.SCRIBD\*R641862320. I immediately received a notification on my phone about this transaction. However, I have never signed up for Scribd, let alone used the platform. I don’t recall giving any payment information to this site, and I certainly didn’t authorize this charge.

I’m demanding a full investigation into this unauthorized withdrawal and a complete refund of my money. If, for any reason, my information was used or linked without my knowledge, I expect a detailed explanation. This situation feels like a breach of trust and security.
