Kiwi.com Refund Missing After SpiceJet Flight Cancellation
I booked a SpiceJet flight from Sharjah to Ahmedabad for 09/03/2026 through Kiwi.com via Skyscanner. On 08/03/2026 the airline cancelled this flight due to the current Middle East crisis and informed me that the full refund was transferred to Kiwi.com. However, despite this, Kiwi.com has not transferred any refund to my account. I made the payment from Dubai by credit card and have a valid booking under reference ZGCKST. It has already been several days since the cancellation, but I have not received my money back. The only support option I can access at Kiwi.com is their virtual assistant, which has been completely unhelpful and does not provide any clear answer or timeline regarding my refund. I request that Kiwi.com immediately processes and transfers the full refund for my cancelled SpiceJet flight back to my credit card without any further delay and informs me clearly once the refund has been completed.
