Scribd Charged Me Without Permission Despite Trial Membership

I signed up for Scribd just to try the service, but nearly ₺500 was withdrawn from my account without my consent. This unexpected charge is unacceptable, and I am demanding a full refund immediately.

As soon as I noticed the unauthorized payment, I canceled my membership to avoid any future issues. However, this experience has completely shattered my trust in Scribd. It used to be a platform I relied on frequently, but after this incident, I will never use it again.

I expect Scribd to address this issue promptly, process my refund, and ensure such unauthorized charges don’t happen to other customers. Clear communication and resolution are urgently needed.
