Lost Pizza and Unreachable Support at Sbarro

On July 18, 2023, I ordered a pizza from the Mersin Tarsus branch of Tarsu Mall. They called my name and told me that my order was ready. But when the next customer, a woman, said something, they told me to wait 5 minutes more. To my surprise, they gave the customer who came after me my order. When my pizza was ready later, they gave it to a Deichmann employee by mistake. I've been waiting here for a long time, and to make matters worse, they don't even give me a bag to carry the package in! As if that wasn't enough, I've been trying for an hour to get in touch with a customer service rep, but no one is answering. This can't happen!
