Domino’s Pizza Refused My Refund After Superix Pizza Delay
On July 15, 2024, at 21:12, I placed an order for the “Superix Pizza” from Domino’s Pizza Zeytinburnu 58. Bulvar branch via Yemeksepeti (Order No: #w7cw-2529-3zu3). My order was delivered 1 hour later, at 22:12. According to Domino’s own policy, orders that take longer than 30 minutes to be delivered are eligible for a refund. When I asked the delivery person about the refund, he said he couldn’t handle it and that I needed to call customer service. I immediately called Domino’s official customer service, and the representative named K*** told me to contact the branch instead. I called the branch multiple times, but no one answered the phone. So, there was a delay, and supposedly a “refund policy,” but neither the branch nor the customer service takes responsibility. Everyone is just passing the buck. This experience completely destroyed my trust in the Domino’s brand. There is no customer satisfaction, no on-time delivery, and no accessibility. They say we have the right to a refund, but no one cares. I will never, ever order from Domino’s again. I advise everyone to consider other alternatives instead of dealing with a system that causes customers to be disappointed and fails to follow its own rules.
Hello, Customer satisfaction has been achieved by communicating with our customer. Best regards, Domino's Customer Service
You cannot brush off my right to a refund with a coupon! I see the automatic response sent to me by Domino’s not as a sign of interest, but rather as an attempt to evade the issue. Despite days passing, there has been no follow-up and my grievance has not been resolved. You delivered the product I ordered with a 30-minute delivery promise in 1 hour. The courier said, “I can’t do anything,” the customer representative said, “call the branch,” and the branch didn’t even bother to answer the phone. Then, instead of the refund I am entitled to, I was offered a coupon. I paid for the product in cash, not with a coupon. In return for the delayed service, I want a cash refund, not a coupon. This is not a favor, it is my right. Moreover, sharing my phone number with the branch without my explicit consent is a clear violation of the Data Protection Law (KVKK). There has been no explanation or apology on this matter either. This alone is a violation that requires legal action. In conclusion: The 30-minute delivery promise was not fulfilled, The refund policy was not applied, My personal data was shared without permission, Despite all these grievances, Domino’s merely brushed it off by saying “thank you for your feedback.” My trust in this brand is completely gone.
