Poor Management of Domino's Pizza Turkey
My Domino's Pizza order was delayed by a whopping two hours, causing me considerable frustration. I had placed an order, but it seemed to take an eternity to arrive. After contacting customer service, they assured me that the order was en route, but upon checking, it hadn't been delivered at all. To make matters worse, I was unable to cancel the order, and when I inquired about this, they casually dismissed it as a mistake. This issue of dishonesty regarding the delivery status seems to be a recurring problem across multiple franchise locations. It's disheartening not to receive transparent information about our food and delivery. Unfortunately, it appears that this issue stems from poor management at the Mersin Ciftlikkoy branch. After two hours of waiting and three frustrating attempts at getting an update over the phone, I decided to cancel my order. All I had to show for it was two hours wasted. What baffles me is that I've known Domino's for their speedy deliveries, typically within 30 minutes at most.
