Unbearable Noise from Samsung AC and Unresponsive Service

I purchased a Samsung air conditioner, but I had to turn it off after only three days due to the unbearable noise coming from the outdoor unit. Because the AC was making such a loud and disturbing noise, I had no choice but to turn it off. To make matters worse, Samsung's customer service has been completely unresponsive, exacerbating the situation. Every time I call customer service, they keep me on hold for at least 50 minutes before disconnecting me, citing technical problems with their phone lines. The Gaziosmanpaşa branch's service has been nothing short of disappointing. As a result, I've decided to begin the process of returning the faulty AC unit. If this problem is not resolved quickly, I will not recommend Samsung products to anyone.

Today is the last Monday of the month... The same scenario again... My air conditioner is broken and I can't get service. I can't reach the service center... Istanbul / Gaziosmanpaşa service center. I call Samsung, and believe me, they don't care at all... I'm still on hold while writing this, but no, they practically shoved the defective product onto me... This is the situation after buying it, the decision is yours if you want to take on this trouble...
