I am a user of the Sidra Chain app and my referral is “adamsyadamu”. A few days ago I tried to complete the Tier 2 KYC process on my account. After I submitted the Tier 2 KYC, my account suddenly became deactivated and my status is now shown as “blocked”. Before this, my account was working normally and I only have this one account. Since the Tier 2 KYC attempt, I can no longer use my account as before, and I have not been given a clear reason for the deactivation and blocked status. I kindly request that my Sidra Chain account be reviewed, that any KYC-related issue be resolved, and that my account be reactivated and unblocked so I can use it normally again as before. I also request that my Tier 2 verification be completed and approved on this same account, or that you clearly inform me what documents or steps are needed so that my verification can be successfully completed.
