"You keep pasting the same classic response text. Today, with great difficulty, I managed to contact the service again. They are indifferent and uncooperative. They said they are fully booked for 10 days and will put me in the queue after 10 days, gentlemen. They are not giving an appointment date; I guess I'll be having a fantasy under the air conditioner in the winter. Samsung air conditioner is a regret. My return period expires in 10 days anyway. Your company is not fulfilling its obligations. Rest assured, I will seek compensation for the moral damages I have suffered from the Consumer Arbitration Committee and legal authorities. If you can't handle it, get out of the air conditioner market!"
